Because users deserve a professional tool suited to their profession, the alarm tray offers powerful tools for finding and making the information available.
For more flexibility, 2 research methods are proposed:
A natural search that matches the word indicated by the user and the same words present in the tray (by searching for the word “ERP”, you will find all the alarms that affect “ERP”).
An advanced search (more precise than the previous one) which works with the proposed keywords (a lexicon is available directly in the tool).
Filters and filter mix
Filters offer the possibility of selecting specific elements to display : Criticality (minor, major, critical), alarms on resources and components and custom filters.
Filters can be associated with each other with Boolean expressions “and / or” directly in the tool.
